Field operations

Our field operations staff coordinates inspections, work orders, and turn scopes. They manage access, verify that scopes are clear, and ensure that results are captured with photos and notes that can be trusted. The expectation is simple. When someone from BDE visits a property, the information you receive back should be complete and usable.

Quality and compliance oversight

Before reports and photo sets are shared, they are reviewed for basic completeness and clarity. This internal check helps avoid missing photos, unclear notes, and other issues that slow your team down. The standard is that a manager who has never seen the property should still be able to understand the condition and the next steps from the report.
